Return Policy & Refund

1. ALL SALES ARE FINAL                                                                                         

Due to the rarity, uniqueness, and irreplaceable nature of designers vintage pieces, all sales are final. Returns, exchanges, and refunds are not accepted, except where required by law or expressly stated below.

As each item is a one-of-a-kind archival piece that cannot be replaced or restocked. By proccessing a purchase, you acknowledge and accept this policy.

2. Returns within the European Union (EU):

In compliance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code and EU Directive 2011/83/EU, consumers purchasing online benefit from a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of delivery, unless a legal exception applies.

Items must be returned 14 days after return acceptance, in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, unaltered condition with all original packaging. Items showing any sign of wear, alteration, odour, stains, makeup, perfume, pet hair, or damage will be refused and returned to the buyer at their expense.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

3. Procedure to return an item:

Where a right of withdrawal applies, you must inform Grain De Sell of your decision in writing by emailing contact.graindesell@gmail.com within 14 calendar days of delivery. The item must be returned within 14 days of the return acceptance, at your own cost, via a fully tracked and insured courier service.

Any refund remains subject to inspection and approval by Grain De Sell upon receipt of the returned item.

Customer is responsible of the shipping return as soon as we received the item.

4. Refund

If the return item is accepted after inspection, Grain De Sell will refund the purchase price (excluding original shipping costs) within 14 days of receipt. All refunds will be processed via the original method of payment or as store credit

We reserve the right to apply a deduction where the item's value has been diminished as a result of handling beyond that necessary to assess its nature, characteristics, and condition.

5. Non-returnable Items

All items with clearly stated condition, flaws or stains or not accepted for any return or refund. Before makinf a purchase, please take the time to carefully review the product photos. 

6. Incorrect Item Condition

If your item arrives damaged in transit or differs materially from its description, please notify Grain De Sell within 48 hours of delivery by emailing contact.graindesell@gmail.com  and providing clear photographic evidence.

Upon review of your claim, we will assess the circumstances and determine an appropriate remedy, which may include a repair, partial refund, store credit, or full refund. Claims submitted more than 48 hours after delivery may not be eligible for consideration.
